We created a support group that are well-trained by Mitel, Hyundai, Aristel, Samsung and Siemens to do not only for the installation projects but also in maintaining the system and products itself.
The following are some of the maintenance and services that we can provide:
- Conduct pre-installation survey from various users to arrive at the specific “Class of Service”.
- Training and education of all users as well as attendant/operator, including highest level executive of the company;
- Remote or on-site system moves and changes;
- Monthly preventive maintenance; and
- Second level of support from Hyundai, Samsung, Aristel and Mitel services maintenance group.
