– Monthly or quarterly preventive maintenance
– Conduct routinary system check and update
– Check-up physically status of cabling and connectors
B. Company Telephone System (Traditional PBX and IP PBX)
– Monthly or quarterly preventive maintenance of system (IP or Analog)
– Conduct physical check-up of telephone units and PBX ports
– Conduct routinary check-up of system and firmware update for IP PBX if needed
C. Company Cabling (Voice and Data)
– Maintain corporate’s Local Area Network (LAN) and telephone cabling.
– Conduct routinary LAN testing and replace basic components like pins and I/O if needed.
D. Computer Maintenance and Basic Software Updates
– Conduct basic monthly or quarterly desktop troubleshooting, cleaning and basic software (Windows, Anti-Virus, etc.) installation and updates.
